Story Suggestions for Paige/Brooklyn

I've encountered a dilemma with my two of my three pregnancy girls. The problem is a lack of ideas. It's not that I've straight up run out of ideas on what to do with them, it's just that there's a technicality problem i have. Paige is currently pregnant with 5 kids and is still very within the realm of "realism" for my works and Brooklyn is essentially at the verge of it. The problem is that how can i create more stories that feature pregnancy expansion without being repetitive?

I've noticed in my work's popularity often varies on how big the expansion is, usually the bigger the better which is logical. The problem is that I've already done a pregnancy expansion with Paige ( The Preg Bottles) and Brooklyn is too large to be expanded upon because i still want it to be "realistic" I could find many ideas that would feature the two dealing with their large pregnancies (mobility, kicks or other things) or enhancing some of their bodily traits ( Bigger breasts and Butt) temporarily, but that last idea already is similar to The Preg Bottles already and i have no idea if people would be interested in reading something of the first idea. 

So TL;DR here's my problem.
1.Making a pregnancy expansion story with Brooklyn wouldnt be within the realm of "realism" in my works.
2.Pregnancy expansion with Paige had already been done ( twice mind you) 
3.Making a pregnancy expansion story with Brooklyn(and remaining withing realism) is kinda hard, but making a story with her dealing with her pregnant body would be easier.

Here's a couple solutions i thought that could work
1.Make a story with them living with their pregnant bodies(moving around, interacting with other people/pregnant women)
2.Make a story that enchances their other bodily traits or increase the pregnant traits (Like their breasts, butt and more kicks but that's already somewhat similar to The Preg Bottles".)
3. Make another preg expansion for Paige but with some twist ( You the reader can determine this twist!)
4.Just make a bunch of non canon stories featuring them ( Although i would like to create something canon to make their character feel like it's developping, although anything is accepted)

I've already thought of having them give birth and start all over again, but that's essentially the same thing but repeated and i would try to avoid that. So if anyone has an idea on what i could write about them ( essentially a suggestion/request) then leave it as a comment! I'l comment on what i think about it. It's very likely it'll be accepted too! Also for all you Lyn/Charlotte fans out there don't worry. The mechanic i setup for both of them is incredibly flexible, so i won't be running out of ideas for them in a long time.
